Christmas album surprise for Ralph Dixon
A short while ago I had the great honor of being commissioned by the family of Ralph Adair Dixon to photograph his 90th birthday celebration in Claxton, Georgia. His party was the social event of the year in this small community. It was great to photograph so many of my clients and friends over there at the celebration. Mr. Dixon’s daughters commissioned me this year to create an album of the event as a Christmas surprise for their dad. I wanted to share this with you as an idea for a special event you may have in the future and want to commission me to document it in an incredibly artistic way. We have also had many request from people who attended to see the images from that day. This will allow each of you to get a sneak peek at the album and relive this wonderful day with the Dixon family.![]()

I am already working with daughter Joyce on another Christmas surprise project for next year. But
your going to have to wait a while for that one.

Lori, thank you for the blog post on Dad’s book. We are enjoying the book so much. It brings back so many memories of the day and the friends who attended.
Joyce what a wonderful gift not only for your Dad, but for you and Daryll in the years to come.
I saw your Dad at the bank not to long ago, and I tell you he is so handsome and looked so nice.
Nobody else in Claxton dresses like that!
Lori I am sure the finshed product is just beautiful. Also, congratulations on your ornament!
Joyce, what a great tribute! I know your dad enjoyed it all! And what a GREAT way to honor him! Awesome photos!
