Hey, I'm Eric Stallworth, I spoke at the funeral (#17)
I was one of Garrett's best friends and I just saw the video of the tribute of last friday's game and read this post and I just wanted to thank you for all of this. The tribute video was wonderful and brought tears to my eyes. I miss him everyday of my life and seeing and reading things like your posts help tremendously. God Bless.

I love you Garrett. I miss you terribly.

It seems to get easier from time to time, but then it always finds its way back and hits me dead in the face. During your short life, you changed mine. At the end of yours, you changed it even more. I am so grateful for all you have done in my world, and I hope you remembered that. I loved you so much.. I love you still.. And I will always love you. See you again one day. I cannot wait.

Thank you for the information and kind comments about Garrett. Sarah is my first cousin (James side of family), and we've been praying so hard for her and the family. Due to distance and other circumstances, we were unable to attend the service; your blog provided helpful information. Ladie James (Sarah's cousin)

Lori,

My heart breaks for your family. I pray that God will give each of you strength for today, and hope for tomorrow. You are in my prayers.
