It was a beautiful day, in April of 1971.  Thirty or so, excited kindergarten students from First Methodist and First Baptist of Claxton preschool boarded a bus to Dover.   Congratulations, Anna! Jefferson Davis Academy – Class of 2014 I really wish Anna lived closer. She is SO cool! Her mom has been bringing her for portraits all the way from South Carolina since she was a little girl. You know what a big fan I am of girl power… I think it’s super cool when a senior brings in sports stuff and a pageant crown all in the same box. I would say that’s pretty well-rounded....
