Each week, through football season, we are introducing and welcoming members of the GSU Eagles football coaching staff to our community.  Join us in welcoming the Gregory family to the Boro.  Ray and his wife, Kristen, are parents of a son, A.J., who is currently serving in the U.S. Army in Korea. 

Coach Gregory is the slotbacks coach.  He served as a graduate assistant at Georgia Southern from 1987 to 1988 and was an assistant coach at GSU in 1997 – before accepting the head coaching position at Southern Utah.  Prior to returning to GSU this year, he served as the slotbacks and special teams coach, handling Director of Football Operations responsibilities at Bethune-Cookman the last three seasons.  We are thrilled to have the Gregory’s back in the Boro!

Of course, we all love football – especially the EAGLES!  I can not remember when there has been so much excitement for the Eagles.  Much of the excitement is because of the new GSU Head Coach Jeff Monken and the amazing team of coaches he has put together. 

Jeff and his wife Beth and their two beautiful daughters have settled in to Statesboro and love it here!  (and we LOVE having them here!)  I met them recently and photographed them.  As you can see, they are an adorable family!

This one image sums up just how I feel every time I get to go to the beach!  (for work or for fun)

This was Edie Grace’s “birthday eve” last week.  She built sandcastles while DeWayne and I worked.  It was a PERFECT evening with an amazing sunset.  (can’t wait to show you the client’s images soon!)  I grabbed a few images of Edie Grace while my subject was changing clothes.   

I hope you will schedule a Beach session this summer.  They truly are magical sessions!  I wouldn’t trade any of my beach portraits of Edie Grace.  The light, the sand, the water…ok…I know you hear it from me all the time…
